By accessing or using STIRSHAKEN.AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We provide telecom compliance services including STIR/SHAKEN registration, FCC Form 499 filings, CPNI compliance, business formation, and related advisory and software services.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your company. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. Compliance outcomes depend on the accuracy of information you supply and your adherence to applicable regulations.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are as quoted for your engagement. Payment terms, government fees, and third-party charges are your responsibility. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. No Legal Advice

We provide compliance and consulting services but are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For legal opinions, consult a licensed attorney.

7. Regulatory Disclaimers

We assist with filings and registrations but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, approval timelines, or that regulators will not take independent action. Regulatory requirements change and are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on our platform are owned by or licensed to STIRSHAKEN.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other\u2019s confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due and we will provide reasonable transition assistance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state specified in your service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
